If an item is returned for failed delivery, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the seller.

Since we deliver using express courier, we are sorry we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Accepted Payments: Unless specially designated on the listing, we gladly accept:
Paypal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover .

For direct wire transfers, or Western Union payments, please contact us.

RETURNS: No returns unless defective. Manufacturer warranty (where available) replaces / repairs defective manufacture. Please check the Warranty that comes with your package and return address for repairs. Please send directly to manufacturer, and not to our address.

Buyer will have to pay for the 2 way shipping in case of a return of an original brand mobile, except in DOA, Manufacturer will pay shipping cost.

In case of the return of a chinese mobile phone, buyer will pay one way shipping cost, and manufacturer will pay the return shipping cost.

DOA Warranty: Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box. Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue. The 48 hours period starts at the item shows “delivered” from the courier service’s tracking system. Replacement will be made on “DOA” item. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, Manufacturer will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 30 business days starting from the day when Manufacturer received the defective unit. Manufacturer has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

NOTE: We will not be able to replace any DOA phone if the protective material on the screen and keypad has been removed or if there is any scratch or damage on the phone. The phone will be sent for repair under normal warranty claim procedure if the DOA claim is disapproved.

Extra Fees:
All mobile phones / electronics imported to Malaysia or Singapore may be subjected to import duty:
Singapore - 5%
Malaysia - 10%

In addition to import duty, there are Custom clearing fee of:
Malaysia - US$25.00
Singapore - US$20.00

Agent clearing fee: Malaysia - US$25.00

In the event you feel like you have a problem with your order, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.

Emails: We respond to ALL emails.

International Orders: Please email us in regards to shipping to your country, and specific payment requirements, if your country is not listed. All orders will have online tracking through the international shipper website.

Transit Time: Please remember that most carriers do not deliver or pickup on weekends and holidays. Factor that in when you estimate how fast we ship your item and how soon you will receive it.

Military / APO addresses: We will ship to military addresses.. 

Turnaround Time 
Approximately 2 weeks for delivery from time of placing orders. Please bear in mind that if you are paying by bank wire /transfer, this might take longer to clear th funds. All items are in stock at the time of the post.  In the unlikely event an item is oversold, we will be glad to work with you to find an amicable resolution.

FAILED DELIVERY: If shipper makes their delivery attempts and you are not there to receive the package, the item is sent back to us. At that time you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS! No exception. By buying, you agree to this policy.

Signature Required: A signature is required on every shipment. Please make sure you have arranged for someone to accept the package.

Shipping Explanation: The Adult Signature Required option is approximately $3 for each package. This option is included in the price of our shipping.

Shipping Insurance: All shipping prices include shipping insurance fees in case of damage or lost goods. Please report immediately in case of damaged goods.

Processing Time: From the time we received your order to the time we start to packaging your order. One or two days to confirm your payment from our payment gateway, 1 to 2 days to get your order looked at, , and to make sure the shipping address is correct.

Minimum time: 1-4 business days.
We do not process your order on saturdays or Sunday or public holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Packaging Time: After your order is processed, we send it to the Manufacturer. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. You will be notified if your order is not in stock.

Minimum time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Time: The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
Expedited Shipping: Most shipped package are delivered within 4-8 business days from the day they are shipped.
